Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) has reported 8.5 % growth in the second quarter of FY16. Advertising and subscription revenues jumped 34.7 % and 12.9%, respectively. Here are the highlights: ZEEL Q2 FY16 net profit is at Rs 246.3 crore (Rs 2.46 billion), compared to Rs 227 crore (Rs 2.27 billion) a year ago. Operating revenue up 23.9 per cent to Rs 1,384.9 crore. Advertising revenue grew 34.7 per cent to Rs 843.3 crore. Subscription revenue at Rs 479.1 crore. Domestic subscription revenue stood at Rs 375.2 crore. EBITDA grew 10.7 per cent to Rs 354.6 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 25.6 per cent.
