I feel the hike was justified. When People has so much money to watch Hamshakal, then why not for Railway which is into losses since its origin.

I strongly object the roll back of train fare of Mumbai Local Season tickets. Since last 8 years prices have not increased. How will railway profit if prices remains the same.

Price hike only can justify if the GOVT will provide facilities too.if not it is not at all acceptable.

First all as a citizen if i wanted to travel to my native place today will i get a confirmed ticket. Once that happens in India i would say Aache din Aa gaya....

No more. I booked a Tatkal ticket 3 days back within 2 minutes. Record for me as well as IRCTC too.

They have revamped the website during payment page.

Yes bro. And with the recent racket burst in Bihar, I am sure ticket booking will improve further.

I again need to book a tatkal ticket again after 10 days. Will let you know the experience.
