What happened ? Did they cease the service ?

due to some issues between govt and iSRO, insat nearing its life time and needs to shift another satellite which is now not possible.

actually isro gives notice to HRD department to pay pending fees and move dd dnyandarshan channels to gsat 10 but it fail to pay fees to isro. Old satellite of dd dnyandarshan is in use by indian army.
