it is the software glitch and cant overcome the seven days limit. Although in box 2222 there is option of never still the recordings get deleted.

But d2h can overcome that 7 days limit, do you talk with authorities about this issue ?

i deactivated the recording features on d2h as i got better one on adtv also d2h is for weekends only.

Ibra, on serious note. I think you should contact d2h officials. If you escalate, they might provide you a separate software update as solution to this problem.

No bro. If we select Never option, it was not deleted. I still have many old recordings.
