Now according to TRAI's latest implementation Broadcasters can own either DTH or MSOs in this case either ESSEL Group needs to sell dishtv or Siti Cable
Same implementation with SUN but no problem with STAR because of FDI ruling

So, what's bad in that. That's infact a valid decision by TRAI after 10 years. The Day DTH licence were issued it was regulated and stated that no dth operator to hold MSO license, still Dish TV was enjoying and earning.
