or it might be just for launch. Now a days KBC too laung with Music dance and all those taam-jhaam.

Mon - Thurs is appropriate if they launching on Sunday otherwise Launching on Sun and returning on Fri - Sun will be make things worst also SONY used to Premiere Movies on Sat - Sun so 1 day will automatically eliminates in the show also too much promotions of Upcoming Movies nowhere days and forget about scripted story lines which already ending the curiosity about KBC. 
So better they stick Mon - Thurs don't compete with BB Weekdays and if they have premiers then shows it easily.
