Until and unless they don't test or show some significant signs regarding Ku we can't trust on GSAT 10.
GSAT 10 has 12 C & 12 Ku band TP's.
Since C band transmission has started, one thing is crystal clear Satellite is healthy and in working condition. Regarding Ku band, these TP's are only of interest to TS. If they and ISRO haven't come to conclusion on the commercial economics of the TP's, it will continue to be inactive

all ku band is reserve for tatasky .

joke apart i strongly feel tatasky will get all ku band of gsat10 due to they demanded it since long time ago

Except Tatasky none of the DTH operators is interested in Ku band TP's on GSAT 10. But what is the use in reserving the TP's when they are not using it even though they are in space crunchall ku band is reserve for tatasky .
definitely there is negotiation going between tatasky and atrix . we all know how slow indian bureaucrat work and how sincere tata is .
i think atrix is caught in middle of government policy and tatasy contract .
