Wef 6 August 2014, Tata Sky subscribers can now use SMS & Missed call facility to add packs & order Showcase from numbers other than their Registered Mobil Numbers.
Subscribers (who already have ARNs) are being sent an SMS informing them about being able to add packs & order Showcase from the ARNs. This sms will be sent to the subscriber’s RMN.
- Every subscriber account can register up to 4 additional numbers (called Additional Registered Numbers); over & above the RMN.
- Each of the Additional Registered Numbers (ARN) can be used for adding packs & ordering Showcase through SMS, Missed call & of course for transacting on the Helpline.
- Every time a pack is added or a Showcase event is ordered through any of the ARNs by way of SMS or Missed Call, the Tata Sky primary account holder will receive the transaction confirmation on his RMN.
