guys which port does airtel hd stb have to connect to home theatre, i saw the back of the back of hd stb and it says spdif and below it optical is written, confused as optical is referred to as coaxial but the back of hd stb says spdif optical
also in d2h hd stb there is spdif port
my led tv too has a spdif port

what options do i have to connect to home theatre, how can i connect. plz help me

this thread did not help me, i am confused , currently my led is conncted with hdmi to the stb, so can i use the spdif port on the led tv to get dolby sound. if yes, how?

I haven't done personally but you may try connecting SPDIF port of TV and HT . Alternatively, you may connect SPDIF port of STB and HT
