It's not a glitch . I've confirmed it with customer care at night.

First i thought it was a special offer too because it is my last day of my yearly subscription . I mailed nodal officer and strangely I got a call in half hour after mail. we talked allot about the package and policies of TS.

He accepted there is country wide disagreement with the HD access Policy. And I asked for a special offer so I can continue the subscription . He said he will notify me if there is an offer available.

But tonight when I confirmed about this package with CC he told me that it is available for all TS customer.
