Yes tat was I said that in both way OTT is miles away from us
Costly package plans from Mobile TV operators and not having affordable high speed internet.
You can enjoy WWE NETWORK @ just 9.99
on US that too by connecting with full HD TV with high speed internet but unfortunately India is not future ready 
Same here with me too don't have a car
Even if I own don't go dish on wheel kind of concept because vehicles are for covering the distant not for entertainment like TV
But we're still miles back from OTT concept and slow Mobile network is ruining it
Well, here in KSRTC(Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation) luxury volvo buses have Airtel Digital TV connection on few buses where each seat will have small TV similar to seats in flights

50 Rs more than normal Volvo buses. I had once travelled in that bus from Bangalore to Shirdi

Tata Sky is not interested is such small time things like Dish on wheel and and that. They looks something big like HD Access Fee and Specials which can milk everlasting money from its customer.
