PQ improving slowly but their major concern is MPEG 2 tech. they're compressing too much in some TPs.

There is nothing to do with MPEG 2 or MPEG 4 for PQ.But If they compressing it is different matter.

Another major issue is Dish TV to add Dolby sound for rest of the HD channels then I can switch off completely D2H and will remain in Dish TV only.

same.it is applicable to all DTH who are compressing too much to avail space.

pixellation is noticed on all dths in fast moving scenes and on dance shows/reality shows where bright lights are used.

Because all DTHs are suffering from severe space crunch so for adding more channels they are compression more to the channels hence we are facing pixellation.
