But do you have any idea that the 2011 HD Box have some remote problem which not perform proper action in the STB. The Channel is not change promptly after pressing or sometime it's hang and no action made till it's not restart through power plug.

Then it's useless to me. They need to upgrade their software first. Then the STB Upgrade will fulfill some meaning.

How would I get to know the firm updates from D2H, for last one year I did not come across any updates. So, does really D2H would inform to us when there is any updates?

d2h would never intimate the updates but during the software updates days when you keep stb on standby it would be down.

I didn't faced any problem in 2011. Once it's stopped work and then it was replaced. Since then its working fine.
