Update EPG Appears Automatically

From the past two days epg of some channels appear automatically for some time and it happens in every 10-15 minutes of intervals so why is it happening any reasons for it ? Is some background activity happening in tata sky maybe or I am bit optimistic but can't ignore what is happening

i think it was S/W issue,because i too face the same issue once (on Airtel) and then their another S/W update it was rectified.
