When I call them on day one after addition, they say...is it added sir? really? I am a-la-carte subscriber...my problem is two fold...a-la-carte page takes 2-3 days to update the new channel and it can only be ordered online, so even if channel is launched, I will be relying on the screen shots posted by you guys...

D2h dont even let user know the alacarte price if u call them .. Cc tells the available package and donot tell customers about alacarte scheme

Their online a la carte activation is very poor...channel will be activated in 2-3 days after..and sometimes it won't at all

Better to activate it by calling CC...it activates instantly ..if we are in front of TV then particular channel will be activated during call and he also will ask us that it is coming or not

yes u can activate particular channel from their website..but it takes more than 24 hours..sometime they activate after 48 hours..
