When i was using d2h i was having highest pack. So didn't excercised all this.

Now in Tata Sky, everything is available online and it happens instantly.

yes u can activate particular channel from their website..but it takes more than 24 hours..sometime they activate after 48 hours..

In that case even the email team will activate before that.

Their online a la carte activation is very poor...channel will be activated in 2-3 days after..and sometimes it won't at all

Better to activate it by calling CC...it activates instantly ..if we are in front of TV then particular channel will be activated during call and he also will ask us that it is coming or not

Means you can't activate channel instantly from their website.

No sir, that is the sad part...for an a-la-carte subscriber, only wait to subscribe is website...and there it is available after 2-3 days...and then at least 1-2 days for processing after order...for a-la-carte direct calling CC also does not help...if you have usual base pack then an a-la-carte channel can be added by calling CC. But if pack itself is a-la-carte then will have to wait...let's see if this time things appear on website fast.

Yes it is available for all channels and one number 78150xxxxx is reserved for offers .

Tata Sky website availability is very fast...even a-la-carte can be added via CC call (haven't really subscribed a-la-carte 169rs pack ever so not sure 100%). But availability on website is fast, addition is instant...truly speaking except channel addition, Tata Sky is little too good (you wanted to hear good things about Tata Sky as you have taken mega hd )
