Pricing issue only will effect in the addition of any channel.here we are ignoring space issue for time being.here any DTH never thinks about broadcaster owner.here only thinks that it channel will give profits are not.if ten golf will have more customers definitely Dish Tv will add this channel irrespective of its owner.
Do you have idea why Dish TV ignored about Zee HD channels??media pro coated very heigh price for Zee HD bucket and that time Zee HD channels found very less customers.That is the reason Dish TV ignored.If I am not wrong Hathway has cracked first Zee HD channels that time I have purchased hathway by paying rs 7500. initially dish TV has given Zee HD channels as ala carte price after so many days only they have added in base pack.

And the other thing is, dishtv has added TEN Golf for the price of 200 pm, where as ADTV has added it on some base packs and a-la-carte with the price of 30-35 range.
Initially all Zee HD channels were in a-la-carte basis only. Later with the price change, they have added Zee HD channels on base pack.

So why ZEE HD channels was costly ? Is that Price Tag was from Broadcaster or from Media PRO ?

Any channel price will decide broadcasters only.but Third party distribution companies will distribute those channels by taking commissions or charges.we can say like this Channel basic price+ commission=Channel price to DTH or cable

It means price raised by Media PRO tats a reason dishtv didn't pick those.

still you are not getting the point.Third party distribution companies do only distribution.it is broadcaster will decide price. If Media pro giving particular price means it is decided by its broadcaster it self.
