Raise a complaint and change the box. They replacement charge is Rs. 350.

They completly stop sd recorder after launch of tata sky+ hd. Sd recorder also have HDD

Still TS has not charged me Rs. 500 (Dish change Rs. 150 and TS+ STB change Rs. 350)....I wonder whether they forgot to charge me....
