Quite disappointed with d2h's customer care executives. They don't have any information at all. And they also mislead customers. I was told that Universal Remote is still available and I will be able to get it. I ordered a replacement for my universal remote control and today I was delivered a normal remote.
It seems completely waste to call Customer Care now.
IndianMascot bro has more info about their company than they do.
He told me about it in another thread that Universal Remote control has been stopped by them.
But I was fool enough to believe a bunch of stupids sitting at their customer care executive chairs.

Veer That's right, bro.
And you can see Active, Radio and VOD button in the left of Mosaic button, on the top. These all three buttons have only one thing to do, they take you to the 'Active Services'. You can imagine how stupid their designing and so called R&D team is ! :p

VOD is for Active channels
Radio is for Puzzles
....
one Extra Red button not on this remote which was in Universal remote..after pressing that Red button Home channel was coming
