It's written (earlier Star Sports HD ) which means the licence was applied on the name of Star Sports HD but later name was changed to 'Star Sports 2'.
You can post the bigger and better screenshot from the pdf, of the number from 150 to 156.

Coming back to topic means they has applied for Star Sports HD but replaced it with a Standard Definition channel Star Sports 2 ?

Which means broadcaster can make such big changed of switching feeds also.

And channels are classified into two categories only.
One is 'News' and the other is 'Non -News'.
