The thing is BJP wanna kill regional parties...Riding on Modi wave they thought we can rule in all states...But they got setback in recent by polls..Both parties thought their power is increased sothey want high share in seat formation..BJP thought SS got advantage of modi wave which is true at some extent..But Uddhav also done hard work as he tried to build the party after the demise of Balasaheb & also got success in that at some extent..SS dont wanna loose their stronghold on maharashtra & as regional party they want high share....
