This is also depends on broadcaster strategy. And depending on genre alsoTats a reason dishtv have nothing to do with MTV Indies HD and sure they won't add EPIC TV too. Now Broadcaster have to earn with rest of DTH

yes.That is the reason I am saying.From MIB list we thought that Epic TV is a SD channel but now we understand that it is a HD channel.Even for SET one also they got license from MIB with the same name but actually it is SET ONE HD channel.Not only that they can convert from any channel to any channel with out asking permission from MIB.

May be.And if any one launching a new channel if it is hindi GEC or hindi movie channel then chances are high to come in DTH if it is English movie or music or life style channel then chances are less comparing to Hindi.Like 9X O only available in d2h and STAR / FIC HD channels only available on dishtv

Another example how Sony PAL added when its launched day and How sony PIX HD adding in DTH.that is also strategy.

Tat because hindi channels earn from commercials so cost of those channels were less also SONY investing on creating original contents an in other Sony Pix HD don't waste enough time on commercial they shows ad but not like normal channels also english channels are for premium peoples rates were high of those channels.

Some extent it is also true but ultimately it is strategy and money will play vital roll. we saw how SWP HD channel added in DTH.
