Already applied all of your suggestion guys and then I have created the thread. Nothing happened after resetting and my OK button working fine in all other function. I have mentioned that the Blinkers of Remote and STB are working but nothing showing in my TV Screen. So, it's not the Remote issue definitely it's a satellite issue for which reason the link of that particular action is not working. I am helpless because I can't get any information from CC because may they not be aware about "WHAT WE DO WITH REMOTE CONTROL" 
and if I call the technician they also could not say anything as other operation is doing well. Before one year same was happened for someday and resolved automatically may be I wait for sometimes more.

Yeah better wait for a day or two before calling technicians and giving them money.

No question of money I told already in a different thread that they want money but don't know how can it grab.
If I change the RCU type to NORMAL my default reception in the TV is 720p but in COMPACT mode it receiving 1080p. That's the problem. SAB KUCH TRY KIYA BOSS PAR KUCH NAHIN HUA.

Dyutiman, I won't agree with your assumption that this is a satellite issue.Remote functions are NOT and CANNOT be satellite dependent.I just tried and checked it on my STB. When I changed the remote type to compact , OK button will not work as in your case.You NEED to set remote to NORMAL and if you really need to set it compact, you should get yourself a compact remote with additional buttons.Your issue will never be solved no matter how long you wait or call any technician if you are not going to change the remote type.
By the way, I can't see what does it has to do with resolution and the remote type.Must say both your assumptions are wrong.

timkamat, Bro, I use in COMPACT mode and everything was working fine but the problem is happening from last 2/3 days and still the resolution issue is persists you agree or not. Anyway I will definitely try one more time and will post the result.
