earlier it had four numbers for four regions and now it is state specific, hope you got it nowAll these are new numbers and they hasn't have these until now

I got it but my question was why ADTV took so long to launch these numbers they're Country s Biggest Telecom Company and their own DTH company not having sufficient numbers to assist peopleearlier it had four numbers for four regions and now it is state specific, hope you got it now

it is simple, all these calls were routed to one hub and then it was rerouted to region specific centres and remember that CCs are outsourced to third party.I got it but my question was why ADTV took so long to launch these numbers they're Country s Biggest Telecom Company and their own DTH company not having sufficient numbers to assist people
