I got it but my question was why ADTV took so long to launch these numbers they're Country s Biggest Telecom Company and their own DTH company not having sufficient numbers to assist people

it is simple, all these calls were routed to one hub and then it was rerouted to region specific centres and remember that CCs are outsourced to third party.

And automatically its generating traffic hence they come with dedicated number.

I think it has but not of customer care but of Nodal officer's numbers

Yeah. Tata Sky has local number for nodal. Even d2h had local number only for nodal.
