News Downgrade options not available in d2h since yesterday

Pack downgrade options are not available. Even channel list in packages are not available. Is d2h upto something like changing channels in base packages or introducing new packs.
Note-: seen on d2h app.

In d2h infinity app for iOS...we need log out and login again if we want to check balance and due date and any changes we have done like package change and add on change...
It's a bug...it shows cached content of last and never updates..only way is log out and log in again...
And this app even not logging out at first try...we have to give 5-6 try for log out

I think it's not available for windows phone...they are just able to release app in android.

Infinity app was launched first on android only then after some time they released for iphone.

Now they have launched mobile TV app and it is also only on Android..still not on iOS!!
