add on is, grouping of same genre channels in one pack and providing it to required customers.
Ala carte is single channel/ channels that customer opt along with base packs.

They are very fast in Re-Activate my d2h product...since they can start deducting balance..
..
Still waiting for resolution of complaint..and calling to d2h CC is like a banging ur head with wall

Yeah...no power in STB..red light is not blinking
its happen only after software update

I got Free STB replacement
Got STB Model 1111 in place of 1011 which was dead after software update

1111 model is half of the Size compare to my old model

Yeah I told to engineer that anything charge for STB??.. He just gone away after replace my stb

also I have registered complaint on website that my STB dead after software update..may be for that reason not charged anything

some member was right that they replacing stb for free
