As far as I think it will take time unless d2h have some TP space. they are out of space now.

Atleast 4 removal is required for 1 HD channel addition. So, if they shift some devotional channel to active services, they would be able to add 1 HD channel.

I think d2h users should start demanding Life OK HD is mass on their facebook page. they will surely consider it like previous requests.
