Since yesterday, Fox Life HD, NGC Wild HD, NGC People HD and NGC Music HD are totally blank. They just show the black screen.

Well in Hyderabad we are not getting FOX Life HD,NGC Music HD but I am getting NGC Wild HD and NGC People HD till today morning.
Cable operator said there is some content issue(even he doesn't know what does that mean 
). He is saying it should be back in 3 to 4 days.

and he might not know the contract issuesYeah, I asked if he is talking about contract issue. He said he doesn't know much and will mostly be sorted in next 3 to 4 days. I won't be surprised if these channels don't come back at all

Definitely seems to be a contract issue.

These kind of things are very common in Hathway Digital cable.I think it is not a contract issue because Hathway deal contracts for national wide.Those channels are coming in Hyderabad means tere is no contract issue but yes..some technical issue is there and will be sort it out and the those channels will be resume with in 2-3 days.Poor lCO doesn't know anything as usual.
Contracts are different these days and they differ region to region. That explains why you are getting it in Hyderabad but not in Bangalore.
