Yes.. different contracts.

Channels like Fox Life are not available at all in HD in Hyderabad, while they are in Bengaluru.

Still I dont think like this.Hyderabad they are having very less HD customers so Hathway doesn't want increase their bandwidth in Hyderabad.Previously Both cities having same channels but in bangalore Hathway increased bandwidth and giving more channels.thats it.Its not depending on contracts.

sadly no bro.still hathway is behaving like a local cable.Even Their customer care doesn't know the channel count.so there is no matter of promotion.still digital cable is not concentrating about HD customers. hathway is giving HD channels just name sake.

But atleast they're giving which is in different level compare to digital cable.

Here I have to explain something.Hathway main head office is Mumbai and mainly HD channels are controlling by Mumbai only its regional channels having the control of the regional offices.Regional offices doesn't have any idea about HD channels and they not even know the additions of HD channels are removal of HD channels.Hathway main office thinking that they want to spread their HD channels business in all areas but some areas are giving good results and some are not.Hyderabad will come in to this category and I think it is regional office fault in it.they are not concentrating on HD customers and they are doing their business with SD channels only.Strange thing is most of the customers are doesn't know even Hathway is proving HD channels.
