bhat ji: I may be wrong on this. But I think, this TP is from Asiasat 5 @100.5e.

Once, Quickboy told me that he used his dishTv dish and turned it ( something like that), and caught nss11 and asiasat 5 on the same dish.
I asked him, that kind of variation is impossible, he said it depends on beam angle and type of beam.....
Can u pls throw some light on d same...?

AS5 is @100.5 ° . NSS1 is @108° ,How can any one get both in single LNB ?
Well i think if we align the Dish Perfectly to SES then there is very very less chance of getting TPS from AS3 itself. Yes we can get TPS if 2 digree differance like Dish TV and DDD+ .

Airtel do only have 12 TP's from SES-7 and One TP's is totally vacant which can be used in future. Dey can also add some more channels in d working 11 TP's.

According to ADTV retailer of my area, the sales executive from Airtel who have visited his shop has told him dat ADTV may add 2 HD Channels and 2 Malayalam channels in coming December. This might be marketing trick to retain der retailership....

Sales Executive will always talk positive and futuristic results till last date of his job towards the company. So, its hard to believe which one is correct and while one is assurance.

I know that Bhatji, but Quickboy's comments can also not be ignored. I also specifically asked him the same qs, he said...he got both asiasat5 and NSS11 on same dish, after some slight altercation in positioning of dish.
This conversation was in "....tuning d dish further" in DOS forum, but I cant find it now, as that forum is fighting its own battles.

I think u missed the sat. It may be AS3S in 105° . This may be possible as its near to SES 7.
1 more thing is has he added another LNB ? if so yes we can get. Maximum 3° gap might be ok if we align for Both and the signal level might be less in both.
Any way he is the King of tracking, so cant say any thing on his findings.
