SATR VIJAY can't dub Joker as ZEE own the rights of this movie. Its definitely a original tamil movie.

STAR VIJAY definitely didn't dub JOKER as Shirish Kunder might dub this movie in Tamil and later sold rights to STAR.

Star vijay themselves dubbed the movie as there was no dubbed version released and Chennai express was also dubbed in tamil and aired on star vijay.
