I think 3rd party. But not sure as its long time I ordered something from them. But even for flipkart I have long back once ordered an item on COD and courier guy was not even ready to allow me see the Consignment ( forget about giving in my hand) before I pay him entire amount.
And in our country you who how good we are. If they start showing Consignment before paying people will start unpacking and refunding to them instead of paying for it.

It's surprise that we didn't get any words from snapdeal in any article. Main point is that this news was published on TOI and I have least trust on them.

Oh yeah. Snapdeal accepted the error and rectified. So everything mentioned is true.

This is what exactly happens we saw product later only, if delivery boy is from online retailer then he might himself check the product before delivering but 3rd party agency has nothing to do he need cash only.
