Dish TV promising 5.1 audio in all HD channel

I think it's just a template reply because not all channels and programs in HD are having Dolby Digital Audio from Broadcaster end itself.

I've said I'm coming from Tata sky and my homestheater seems pretty useless in most of channels in comparison to Tata sky

So in reply I got "u r right we should provide 5.1 audio in HD channel we will resolve this and will notify you about the progress "

I got more than generic reply as in call the senior customer executive was pretty concerned about this too

Attleast they will provide dolby or 5.1 in channels they have already

2 years when I don't know the concept of DVR I complaint them regarding the facility of recording and he said the same and assure me that they're working on it.

But i think Dishtv is like Govt. Agency which only assure and not serious about to implementing.

TS provides pseudo DD in some channels where broadcasters don't provide DD afaik........
So Dishtv should provide DD sound when broadcaster is also providing.......
