Speculative Tata Sky moving to a New Satellite very soon

I don't know whether this info is true or false but according to Athiram Comm who claims to be a service franchise of Tata Sky, Tata Sky has sent mails to them that they are moving to a new satellite soon and are dispatching Hero Satellite Finders to them to align the dishes to new satellite accurately as the new satellite is just 2.7 degree apart from another satellite.

Yes even I heard about that news and he said that by jan last week they may start migrating to new satellite hope it comes out to be true :excited:

Good to hear something like this.....for TS.....So again dish allignment project from TS.....
If this becomes true then what about MPEG4 migration that is pending halfway.............?
TS may not need extra capacity by migrating channels to MPEG4 if moving to other sat.......
So will TS throw money on free STB replacement.........?

What kind of question are u asking bro? They will just re-align all dishes to new satellite's position and adjust the LNB Skew according to new satellite too. Same way like airtel migrated from Insat 4CR to SES 7
