Actually there are much bigger scams in this country to be concerned upon. So, no one care for this chilhar scams.

Literally DoS do nothing wrong this is what every Govt. agency has to do, they made environments according to corporates. If Tata acquire land if they force to quite the land or they left by them then you gonna penalize the forest department and ministry ? Tata Sky ask the space DoS give the space they're late no doubt but they're not wrong and fulfil the demand.

Power and decision making was in the hand of DoS not Tata Sky. So, its DoS which is at fault.

DoS was fool to take such nasty decisions. They would have done deals in writing so that Tata Sky couldn't ditch them.
Here a corporate has made clear cut fool of Government department.
