Yes, For new customers they have kept 1000 Rs difference b/w UHD STB and TS+HD and for existing subscribers upgrading both UHD STB and TS + HD box price is same Rs 5900

I don't think so TS is a big fan of USB recording. I am not expecting recording through USB anytime soon in TS
