You're right but because DD Free Dish SAT and dish tv SAT is collected hence they're claiming signals.
Has DD it self added this logo on DDFD alone or an its channels itself ??? I mean to say on DDFD STB logo or channels have logo hence all DTH operators and MSO get logo. Can any Tatasky, Videocon d2h user confirm whether they get/don't get the DDFD logo on dd and fta channels ???

Ok that's good. but my MSO has this DDFD logo, now its removed as DDFD is testing transparent logo. But few weeks back it was there on all FTA and DD channels. That's illegal right to take signals from DTH and put them in cable ??? Where to complaint ??? TRAI, MIB ?? I emailed TRAI no response

Complain it to MIB and Jawahar sircar. Jawahar Sircar is even available in Twitter.
