you are referring to FEC, that still remains the same. By using latest encoders they have implemented this upgradation

I guess upgradation is done, after 7 days 11490 V TP will be converted to MPEG4

All the channels currently present on 11490 V have been added on upgraded TP's. For next 7 days you will have double slots of these channels after which slots from 11490 V will be removed and TP will be converted to MPEG4
