I think d2h having lock in scheme in ala carte if not then they had in that case how they charged on the basis of daily.

Locking period is there with every DTH. Even in locking period deduction happens on Daily basis. And after locking period is over it continues to deduct on daily basis and we can deactivate any addon any time.
