i am more comfortable with ADtv packages rather than dish tv as well as it cintains most of the important channels.

Because people don't see Infotainment channels
Maybe. Not a nice way to increase package price by adding such channels.

English channels are present in the mid packs and yes atleast one or two channels could have been given.
People like me who love watching English movies have to subscribe to a-la-carte to watch English movies. There is not a single English movie channel in package that cost even 320 per month on Videocon d2h.

that's why i have been forced to opt highest pack in d2h and in adtv i got lowest pack + eng top up that contains all the english movies and GEC that sums up around rs.350
