IM bhai...you can chat with CC to understand the logic used in reversal. Not sure if they can also explain the mathematics behind it. But otherwise what you need to do is following -
1. Come out of temporary suspension mode.
2. Recharge your account so that your account has more than 12,800rs.
3. Simply go to change package section in your web account and choose radio button of 2 years mega hd.
Done.

I have been asked to recharge with 7780 to convert my package to biannual. So, Any recharge offer going on anywhere ?
No idea sir...I found this one the best..if one has lack of confidence...then can go for 1 year option but otherwise all other options are costly in Tata Sky...
