Which new channels are you talking about bro is it the same 6 SD & 2 HD channels
Package prices are increasing for new customer and will remain same for existing customer for period of 6 month
But whosever pays monthly price will have to pay new price.
Coincidently my next recharge it is also 25th of marchGood. I tried to renew my Annual Supreme Sports pack for another 1 year, but CC guys refused saying I can only renew it on March 25th, the day my current Annual Supreme Sports pack expires
Strange...I had one such deadlock when I wanted to subscribe VoD monthly and they said it is not possible in case you have Mega HD. They said VoD can be added in monthly base packs only. Then I need to write them and follow up with supervisors...finally they did it. If you are fine to go for Mega HD they should allow you. If portal is not allowing then call CC and reach out to their supervisor level and also write email. This will get escalated to technical backend team and they will help you. If a solution exists, Tata Sky will surely provide. I have seen them coming up with out of box solutions when you follow up.
How you got this offer? whether your connection was inactive for some time? I never get these kind of offers
My connection was active for 2 yrs without any gap but I stop ts and recharge dish tv ( my friend's dish tv 2 month free on 3 Months) so ts was inactive for more than 3 month so they call me and give this offer, in between this many time ts call me and give offer and also ask reason of deactivation with different offer, first they offers 700 on recharge of 500 or 1500 on 1000 but I refuse giving reason that using dish tv. Finally got this and I thought good so did recharge
