HELP TS HD DVR hangs/restart in randomly.

After new software update, my DVR is hanging / restarting abruptly.
But this happens only when some recording is going on & we try to go to channel menu or record menu.
This problem is very freq. May be I have to clear/format my DVR's disk.

Yes try formatting your box and see whether the issue still persist or not

mystic uncle saw you after a while , how r you these days and regarding DVR what Sanjeev has said also try seeking support from ts itself

Might be some bug after software upgradation.
