In DAS Mumbai highest price is 350 and minimum is 150, in many DAS areas as u said package system is not yet implemented.

That depends on different aspects like:
The TV ???
Quality of STB ???
Quality of Cables ???
The headend, compression used ???

Also if LCO is using amplifier and booster for better quality ??

I can vouch for their TV as they are using Sony 40 inch LCD TV

Then transmission will be the issue. And here quality of services depend on every customer, Same for DTH, many of my neighbors complain of poor PQ, hazy ??? Also some don't get signals at all in rains, while some get. so in broadcasting it depends on each person to person. But in Digital cable you can always vouch for the best as LCO is close by and one can get things done, even major things faster

In digital cable, we have to adjust with the LCO and even if we complain to the headoffice nothing can be done. i have my own experience on digital cable and for every six months he would just come and replace the new stb of another mso.

That's because in Chennai, there was a lot of issue relating to digitization, DAS, license, etc. ARASU, then SCV, then TCCL, etc. So because of this LCO were confused and replaced STB. Chennai has now stabilized.
