So, finally installation guy came up. He said that dish won't get signal if installed at terrace (due to shed). Then I asked him to put it on my window (grill), he asked ₹500 for it.
Then, I called the guy who gave me the connection, he told me to pay the charges but when I had asked him about grill mounting while booking if I have to pay any charges at the time of installation he had told me that I don't even have to give a single paisa. Then, I asked him to cancel my connection.

this technician is cheating you, you dont have to pay any single paisa as the company is entitled to install anywhere at free of cost.

Then he is making you fool coz no matter where you want to install it will be free of cost better you talk to tata sky cc and clear your doubt
