Only Govt. can track our movement

Government Intelligence and Cybercell can track us only though IP address. There is no mechanism to track Mac address from an IP address unless computer or laptop is connected to same TCP/IP in a local network.

I think all ISP did registered our Mac addresses. And if Govt. push hard they can reach to ISP and can ask our IPs MAC address.

our MAC address is attached to the TCP/IP address so that we can get the data that is meant for us although it is a lengthy process.
