Country don't cares whether DD providing matches or not. Country don't cares if these judge supports FDI based broadcasters by taking some interest of their personals.

Rest regarding Resources like Coal, Spectrum judgements are all fixed these judge can even favour big fat corporates but because country's eye was behind these judgement tats a reason Courts also carried pressure to give right decisions. Recently HC give judgement in the favour of Vodafone regarding Tax issue and even Modi Govt. decide not to push the case further means its a total fixed by Govt. and Court because Voda might threaten Govt. to shutdown their business and coward Govt. kneel down in front of FDI Telecom group.

And i can say i have some experience of HCs and SC.They solely rely on evidence and interpretation of law.Medium grade lawyers when they lose cases will tell their gullible clients that the judge took bribe.

In that case you won't be knowing that Steno in courts leak judgement for money. And i am not talking about all Judges. There are always good and bad peoples.

So, those to take bribe are definitely bad ones.

Steno and clerks do leak judgements but that doesnt make Judges corrupt.

I don't know actually about all this but it seems in this case SC acted upon & agreed to Govt's plea while staying HC ruling which was in favour of Star...................but we don't know about the future........

I once asked a senior lawer about corrupt judiciary..........He told me that almost 60-70% of session courts, 40-50% of HC & 30-40% of SC judges can easily be bribed.................

Even if we look at judges' statements & rulings appearing in news papers, we would come to know how biased they are & how easily one can bribe a judge.........

Aap leader Prashant Bhushan has already revealed that atleast 8 former SC CJs are corrupt..............

We see manytimes that if anyone complains against these judges then it becomes very difficult to prove because another judge rules in favour of corrupt judge..............

Its very difficult to remove these corrupt judges.........atleast we see some corrupt politicians going into jail but never a corrupt judge..........I envy these people.................;)
