horrible my 4K connection account balance has become 10/-.Due date is blank.It was 20th of next month with balance around 750/-+
no channel is coming

spoke to cc, their server system is down so can't update anything..thats why were not picking up call.

What's the relationship of satellite with CC and wrong balance deduction ?

Does they fired their CC and deduct the acquisition cost of Satellite in lieu to acquire new TP ?
