Yes they have only added one hd channel and increased the price
This is the 3rd consecutive day that d2h' 4K channel in NOT available to 4K customer's also.Great service by 1st 4K UHD DTH service provider in India.[maye be TS showing same contents thts why

I wonder if they would have been doing 4K SSh UHD back end testing @LCN-997 so while continuing keeping 4K services ON.
This deviating really from the 4K policies.Also huge Price hike applied with no 4K and HD channels to platform.

Its really sad to know that D2H is treating their premium multiroom 4K customer like this.........
Atleast they should understand the importance of high-paying customers & provide better service.......
I think D2H should get services from data analytics & research companies to provide good service for such customers something like TS is doing........

yeah i see that notified also.Just confirmed here.
Earlier I sent them the issue talked about of non transparent EPG with some blue shade across which covers half of the screen and at the channel changing also experience lot to me with lines, via mail.Also forwarded snaps of the same also to concern team who done installation for me.
Good to see they are acting over it so early with the OTA s/w update.Let's see how that's going to be fixed or rectified?
